I rang Oporto as we were confused as to we were supposed to get from Bristol to Heathrow. I was told that we just had to ask at the information desk. This was not the case as none of the staff were able to help. Eventually one person decided to look on line at our booking and found where we needed to be. This was the beginning of a nightmare journey for us.
