I did pay £20 baggage allowance because I was told when booking that only an hand bag was allowed .in fact I could have taken a cabin case and a hand bag .this flight cost me an extra £40

Typical regional flight - very quick and great flight attendants. Hard not to feel ripped off as my hand luggage was ok on the flight out to Newquay but not on the way back.....apparently it was too large ..... £35 charge for a standard cabin bag .... Flybe is about an inch smaller than every other airline ....

The flight experience was pretty poor overall. Our flight was cancelled and we had to get a flight a day later. We were also served a shortbread which had expired a couple of day earlier. The only positive from our trip was our air hostess who was extremely bubbly positive and made the whole experience much better. She deserves a medal.

Hi was absolulutly disgusted as nowhere does it say on the tickets you need photo ID Indecided to get my boarding pass at the airport only then does it say ID I mss d the flight and had to pay again for sending be way with extra taxis plus flight it cost me £240 extra I suggest you add the ID info on the ticket .

Disappointed that after requesting special assistance for my father as he can weightbear but can only walk a few steps. He was only put down for minimal assistance. My father had to walk the length of the plane to get of the plane at Newquay with both flight attendants and my sister and myself supporting him this was quite traumatic for him.
