I will never fly by Fly-be or use Obodo again. Because of a clerical error I was listed as a 'no show' and my return flight was cancelled and I was not informed. I was re-routed to Birmingham lenghtening my kourney home by 4 hours. Flight no. ET9F87. dENAH gRIFFITHS.
Experience spoilt by language of nearby passengers.
Was very cold on board. I had 2 jumpers and a coat on and was still cold. Glad it was such a short flight.

FlyBe have a very special baggage allowance and whilst my cabin bag fits every other airline, it is half an inch too big for FlyBe. So they charged me £35 extra. I was OK with it because I thought it genuinely wouldn't fit inside the airplane as usually they are tiny propellor. However, it fitted absolutely fine in the overhead cabin storage. So basically I was robbed.
Both flights were delayed. Planes were old and a bit scruffy. A young man who was already clearly drunk was given 3 cans of Stella during the flight. Staff were pleasant and clearly doing their best.
We were unhappy with the chaotic nature of the return flight. The departure time kept changing and the gate was changed on one occasion. The outgoing flight was also late leaving. Did not rate Flybe as an airline.

I was charged for my hand luggage which was Not the size limit £35.00 , it was a lot smaller . Not impressed . Only going out to Amsterdam. Coming back into this country I didn't get charged . Was told the size of my hand luggage was no problem at all .
