Flying with Flybe makes me nervous as i never know if it will be delayed, sent to a nearby airport or cancelled .. doesn't make for a good experience. On this case my flight down to Birmingham was delayed by one hour. however my flight home did take off on time.

absolutely dreadful flights. connecting flight to Glasgow cancelled and had to wait 6 hours for flight from Birmingham to Glasgow. I would never choose to fly flybe again. Me and two colleagues were on business trip to Milan. tow of us were delayed 6 hours getting home due the above and my other colleague who travelled home the following day has lost his hold luggage - flybe no idea where it has gone.

Flight was delayed and did not leave for 3 hours. No information given as to why. Then when we did get on the plane we had to wait yet again for ground crew to de-ice the plane. Very poor communication to us from airline. Very disappointing

When I arrived at check in for the return leg of my flight staff told me I had "requested a refund" and was no longer on my flight home. I hadn't requested a refund. I had to buy myself another ticket while still at the airport at a much higher price arriving home much later than planned. I'm disabled so this whole situation had a severe adverse effect on my health and I'm missing work while recovering this week. I'm now down a couple hundred pounds and will be seeking remuneration from your company.
