The flight and check in from leeds bradford airport was good I have not faced any difficulties flybe staff was very co-operative and supportive but when i have started my journey back to hime from belfast airport or terrible things started. I was with my wife and two year old kid my kid was crying a lot and flybe staff has stopped us to take our cabin bag with us as it was just little outside of that metal box. The same bag was accepted from leeds bradford airport but it was not accepted by belfast city airport flybe staff and they forced me to check in that one bag with 7.5kg in weight and asked for 40GBP. This has ruiened our beautiful family vacation with one very bad experience.

Flybe were appalling. Cancelled the flight and made no effort to help me rebook another. Forced to make my own way to Belfast. Couldn?t get through on their helpline. Still waiting for contact.
