The staff was nice and the flight was well organised but the overall feeling of cheapness was definitely felt. For example in indigo (low cost as well) i got a pillow and a meal on a 4h flight. This was a 7.30h flight and the passengers weren't even offered water

Cheapest flight for a reason. No blanket or pillow no entertainment no food not even any water. Old plane so not very comfortable. But we were right on schedule staff were friendly and the plane was clean.

Flew outbound with no seat selection. Very poor seat pitch for anyone above 5'10". Very poor seat width for anyone with arms! Paid extra on way back for hotseat. Made all the difference. It is what you pay for is suppose.

The plane was absolutely freezing which made it impossible to get comfortable or sleep, and it was an overnight flight. Despite wearing leggings, a T-shirt and jumper, I was so incredibly cold the entire 8.5 hours. I’ve no idea why the temperature needed to be so low. I fly all over the world for work with multiple airlines and have never been so uncomfortable before. Will not be choosing to book with this airline again.

I have never been on a flight of such duration without inflight-entertainment. Also there was no indication that meals cost extra and that they needed to be ordered and paid in advance.
