Very impressed with the flight. Comfortable enough leg room I am 5 foot 10. Plane on time. Fast service from cabin crew.
The stewards were all extremely friendly and helpful. The inflight entertainment was great. The seat service was very good and the seats were comfortable and roomy. Would definitely recommend this airline.

Not a bad flight to be honest but we were lucky that we were only 2 seated out of 3 spaces so it gave us a little more room.
Luggage lost. No communication from airline. Arrived two days later. They reimbursed toiletries bought and 50% of clothes bought.
Flight on time prices on board for drinks and food quite expensive can only pay be card no cash. The return flight by High Fly plane was very dirty and in poor repair seats broken and looked shoddy.
Picked Norwegian due to price. Took off on time. Could not check in online for the USA. Reasonable seats slightly narrow but OK leg room. Lousy entertainment system - very old. No drinks or food offered (only given to those who pre-order. Staff not really bothered

Outward flight was much better than inward
We had morning flight. At Gatwick airport launge there was no proper breakfast available. On return flights from Orlando. We did not had laoung because Norwegian does not have lounge at this airport. At the check in time there was no seperate line for Premier customers.
I am writing this review on behalf of my aunt. I booked the flight for her. She had a dreadful experience during her flight. i was not aware that you had to order meals separately. I had never encountered this before. i was aware that on some short scheduled flight in Europe this was indeed the case but on an International flight ? Really !!!. I was not aware that she was diabetic (that my fault) i would have ordered a special meal. It was only when meals was being served that she realised she was not going to get a meal on an 8 hour flight. Norwegian should really make this clear to passengers when booking flights. She told me she had to scrounge something to eat from a kind passenger sitting next to her. I was appalled to hear this and i feel responsible because i booked this flight. i will not be booking any further flight with Norwegian and i will relay this experience to my friends. Researching the net I find my aunt is by no means the only one who has suffered this experience.
The flight was cancel twice and Norwegian is not giving me any compensation and things aren't being easy for us.
Fairly poor experience, seats were uncomfortable, video screens were old and unwatchable and to top it off no drinks or meals were included on an 8 hour flight (this was not made clear on booking). So, yeah it may be a few pounds cheaper but its really not acceptable for such a long trip
Dreadful experience. Norwegian cancelled the flight with no explanation. Didn’t receive any notification until I arrived at airport. Ground staff non existent. Contacted airline regarding refund and still no reply 5 days on. Never again!!!
