Excellent value flight in lovely new plane. Meals are expensive at ?25 but you actually get 2 and drinks so that is fair.

Norwegian air are brilliant at first I thought it was mmm dunno but after this holiday I would definitely fly with them again
Flight was comfortable entertainment was good (bring your own headphones!) and the selection of food on the outbound flight was good. Unfortunately on the inbound flight they ran out of good early on so that was pretty poor considering the flight spanned lunch and dinner times. Having said that I would definitely look to fly with Norwegian again. The aircraft was brand new and had modern lighting and window tinting. I was as comfortable as I could be given that I was stuck in the middle seat!
Very efficient leaving Uk & v nice staff onboard. Shocking food status on return. No sandwiches to order - used up in the way out & not re-stocked. Such a disappointment. Nothing substantial to eat - not very good. Happily your lovely steward found 2 hot meals for us. What about the other people who didn?t get to ask/anything to eat? Really shocked that we paid a good price for the tickets but then paid an additional ?100 Per Head for luggage & seats. I shall b a lot more careful next time.
The flight out was onboard an Airbus plane and so was the return all things I had read seemed to suggest that the plane used by Norwegian for long haul was the Dreamliner. On the way over to New York the entertainment system had developed a fault this was not rectified throughout the flight therefore nothing to watch over the 7.30 hours of the flight. It was working on the return but the movies on offer were old whereas my friend who did the journey the day before on a Dreamliner said the movies were very up to date. The crew on the return journey I?m not sure where they were from but they were cold and unapproachable Not enough toilets on both planes either lines of queues of people waiting to use them and toilet rolls running out on both journeys.
No vegetarian food on the flight there and back no on screen movies on the way there and on the way back the headphone port didn?t work. Staff seemed stressed and weren?t very accommodating
You overbooked my flight then booked me onto the incorrect flight so I spent an entire day going to 3 different airports in NYC and flew back to the wrong airport in London.
Uncomfortable seats. No blanket or pillow. This airline tries to get away with the minimum while economy customers are made to sot crammed next to each other.
Delayed 2 hours before we flew out of Gatwick. I have been delayed 5 days now in NY. Worst airline in every way I have ever experienced! Put on a flight days after one day of snow. No help. No updates. Nothing.
Paid for premium got it on way out but plane on way back was a disgrace
Flight delay 4 hours and rip off prices wile waiting
