The flight was good the only problem l had was the long walk to the plan l am 74 and have some mobility problems and the climbing of stairs and long walks are problems plus trying to get baggage to the plane and up the stairs with no assistance

On the outgoing flight me and my partner booked and payed extra for extra legroom which was on the plan as row 18 seats d and e, when boarding the plane we discovered the extra legroom were in rows 16 and 17!!! So obviously there was nothing at the time we could do about it. A response would be appreciated. Regards Nick
