Inbound Flight was late there was no info given to us we were kept at the boarding gates in the little chicken pens for 25mins then taken onto the tarmac and left there for a further 20mins in the cold

I do not think it is fair to be charged for not having your boarding pass printed if you need a visa stamp. I am traveling and I do not have access to a printer. We should be able to check-in for the whole flight or as other airlines do having it printed at the counter or a self-check in service for visas.

Ryanair terrible like always. What i do not understand why have they put us in a queue just outside the gate with a temperature of -2 in Eindhoven we were waiting for the plane to be emptied and clear. What is pathetic. passengers who have paid for priority service had to wait longer in freezing cold!!!
