Booked Priority in order to take 10kg cabin baggage plus a small rucksack on board. As I had not reserved seats on-line check in was not available early so we had to do separately.

Option of under front seat luggage was good compared to other airlines. Stopped the mad panic to stuff the carry on suitcase in the overhead locker. Might have had refreshments if there was a card given detailing options & prices same with duty free.

Trip out was OK but they delayed the boarding so long that the time-slot to take off was missed by one minute so there was a delay of over the hour! Usual BUMPY landing and hardly any leg room in the cabin and no hook on which to hand your jacket.

my husband and I went to italy and on check in we were poorly attended I paid for a baggage and at the time of boarding they charged me the same bagangem that had already been paid and no staff member knew how to help me how do I get my money back?
