Flight took off and landed as per schedule. The aircraft was clean. However I found the crew were not so attentive to the travellers' needs. There was a toddler crying throughout the night flight but not a single crew member came to assist the parents.

It would be great to have WiFi to connect to. Also a little more space on the aircraft to make it more comfortable to sleep. Also my brand new baggage was damaged on the first flight which I was not impressed with! I did enjoy the experience and these touches would have made it a better experience.

Overall service okay. Two things for improvement one more choices on entertainment system (on bahrain to kochi leg no english movie choices) and earlier service for inflight meals following take off rather than 2 to 2.5 hrs into flight which was experienced

There isn’t enough leg room as some sort of a box is blocking your leg infront of the the window seat(underneath the seat infront of the window seat). Half way is good trip and the other half is squashed congested and chaotic in both ways!
