Having had a good flight from LHR on a 787 ( apart from the entertainment/information system being inoperative) it was disappointing to return on a 757 . This had less leg room and reduced in flight entertainment/information system . The food on both flts was good but on the 757 they ran out of wine ( only 10 bottles loaded on Tashkent ?). Not sure on what basis planes are selected for flights

Plane used on this route is not suitable for a journey of 7 hours.Legroom very poor as bad as a Ryanair flight.Only entertainment is provided on overhead screens showing old films.If you don't like what's showing hard luck.

Had horrible experience. The inflight staff was rude they burned my arm with hot coffee in London to Tashkent flight and didn’t offer any first aid. The situation was horrible when they burned my leg with hot coffee in return flight from Amritsar to Tashkent and no first aid. This airline must be closed from Europe. Their staff is rough n rude. They even don’t know how to help someone.
