Nice staff always nice people on board good seats
Lovely clean plane great service and COMPLIMENTARY drinks and snacks all on a flight that was a great price.
excellent service just long walk to aircraft at terminal 2
A nice surprise, very good service, attention to details. Good food quality, can say best on European flights experiences.
Absolutely fabulous service on LOT Polish. Highly impressed. Great food and caring staff. Good planes. Lounge at Warsaw too small but whole experience fantastic.
Check-in was painless and quick. The aircraft was clean and efficient, landed at Warsaw on time.
It was a new aircraft with very good looking interior. Neat and Clean. The cabin crew was very respectful and patient. I was traveling alone with a toddler and we were taken good care of. Food served was also good. The seats were a bit tight and hard for my feeling.
I am tall but am not the only one these days! A little more legroom would help comfort.
Everything was fine, but on the return journey from Warsaw to London did not have hot water so there was no coffee.
I have no complaints about LOT - they left on time and arrived early.
all good
Unfortunately, the flight was delayed for 2 hours from Warsaw to Narita due to the delay from the previous flight. My seat was modified for some reason to the seat with a faulty function (touch panel does not work and the table is broken). However, members of staff are helpful and the meal was much better than I thought. Regarding the inbound flight from Narita to Warsaw, there is no problem at all and it was comfortable on the flight all way through. The flight fare is reasonable so that it is not bad to use LOT after all.
A flight from Arlanda to Poland wasn't good enough little bumps and swinging. the flight was smaller. No break first or Lunch on board but they can be ordered by paying extra. Landing was not a good experience. However from Polland to London was a bit okay with bigger turbine engine flight on wings which I prefer more. Norwegian airline was far
I paid for a seat with legroom and for some reason i was given a refund and put in a standard seat. I wasn't impressed. also it was an expensive one way flight.
the shop at the airport sold me a bottle of whisky which I wanted to take to Lublin but while transferring at Warsaw Chopin airport I was told I can't take the bottle to my connecting flight because it should be sealed in a plastic bag! I took a train from there. It's Aelia shop fault to not pack the bottle properly
