The departure lounge at Manila Airport Terminal 3 Domestic needs vast improvement especially inadequate seating.
Excellent airline, but was extremely disappointed they closed the entire airport and my return flight during a typhoon with no easy option to change my flights without having to call for hours to help desk or visit airport desk in person.
It stopped any jet lag I may have gotten. Wonderful
It would be nice to get offers before I booked the flight not as soon as I had booked and paid. And then keep sending cheaper flight packages to me after i had booked really. But your service is good so i will be booking with you again

already 2 reserved seats as paid and then not available. no proper explanation. we had to split up. timing very good. food poor.
Disappointing on the way home. Flight changed for no reason which made me late. Then the flight was further delayed which made me even later. No hatch expect when booking flights to be changed for no apparent reason at the last minute.
