Check in was fast used a voucher to upgrade flight was smooth on time and arrived to Amman earlier than schedule Stewards were welcoming.

Not the best experience. 3/4 of our flights were delayed. We had a connecting flight but staff were unable to confirm whether we would be able to make the second flight until we landed. Just an unnecessary stressful experience. Food on board was probably the worst relative to airlines like emirates/Turkish/Qatar. On board entertainment had very small choice again relative to other airlines. Only positive was the amount of legroom which was comfortable
I can’t say any things but it the baddest experience from the booking to cancellation this is with insurance against cancellation for any reason. Please go back through your records of my communications with customer services in london through emails and direct line . For more than two months by now and still waiting for refund which I illegible for it. Still you owe me refunds. I am going to sek help of Solicitor & law. Please check my booking to find out the truth of your bad deal. Thank you
The flight out was ok but the flight back to london was terrible. No air-conditioning for three hours and My seat was broken so i had change seats too.
I'm very dissapointed with the flight I had from London Heathrow to sulyamaiyah. The flight was delayed to a from my holiday. I lost two days with my family of which my father is ill. That was the reason for my flight to go see my sick father. I'm not happy with the service I received. I would like to know what will happen ASAP. Im very dissapointed.
Trip to Baghdad: originally the wait at Amman would’ve been 4.5 hours!. There was a delay of 2.5 hours. I went to the Airline’s desk to ask them if they would give me a hotel room but they absolutely refused. They told me that any transition less than 8 hours doesn’t qualify for a hotel room!. After some 20 mins of arguing with that person they gave me a miserly Subway coupon to get some chips and a miserly 2 pieces of chicken. Absolutely horrible!!. On the home trip: the wait at Amman was 9 hours and 20 mins!!. I spoke to the desk about a hotel room but the clark’s Was adamant that no room would be available on my type of ticket!. At the end myself my sister in law and her daughter had to go to the Airport hotel pay over $230 for 2 rooms and stayed there until morning!. All in all it was a horrific journey and I intend to take this further if I don’t get a satisfactory compensation to this fiasco of an Airline .
