I was travelling with an elderly lady in a wheelchair and the staff were extremely helpful. The ground staff went the extra mile and pushed her to the 4th floor to let us stop and eat breakfast before boarding. He left us to eat and came back later to take us to board the plane.
I have booked a ticket including meal they haven’t provided any meal. Overall experience was good.

Section B departures does not have toilets available until you reach the gates.
Never got to travel, cannot call to cust service as the line is too busy and no one cares.
Absolutely appalling service. During this current climate, this company sold.us a flight that meant we would need to self isolate in singapore for 14 days. We are now over £2000 out of pocket trying to get flights home through multiple airlines.
