Unfortunately was delayed on return flight. My daughter was picking me up from Stansted and up to date info not available about arrival time and we incurred £25 cost getting out of the airport

Flight delayed due to air traffic control on the way out from 12.55 to 4.30 no real explanation and a half baked apology once we got on the plane. Late for a business appointment. Return flight also delayed and in total 4.5-5 hours of lost time plus 45 mins for baggage to hit the carousel at Schiphol - without a mention of compensation by any crew member or easy jet - app provides minimal information. Also allowed to book fast track service for return when there is no fast track so taking money that is not required. Too many people getting away with oversized luggage as carry on - preventing others from storing in the overheads.
