Flight was smooth and comfortable and staff were excellent. As a “budget airline” I felt by the time you add luggage, seat choice, coffee on board - it’s not so budget friendly but I guess those things are choice and great if you want to travel with a small bag and basic service

The flight attendants were loud and obnoxious. I was seated at the back of the plane which I didn't mind until they started laughing and joking with one another. The flight was delayed by here hours at this point and it was close to midnight - it felt really unprofessional. There were passengers who got out of hand and no one told the to respect other passengers. Worst flight I've been on hands down. So frustrating.

Suggestions: if you are going to book a holiday and charge me for a hotel in Matla it would be really good to actually book the flights.
