Ticket cost was overpriced compared to tickets bought by others.We paid over Euro 900 for two while others paid less than Euro 200 for two.More over the flight from Ioannina back to Larnaca had a delay of about 14 hours. Consequently we bear an additional cost for hotel accommodation plus other expenses. It was really a bad experience traveling through your office.I need to know what steps to follow in order to claim money for extra cost.Will appreciate your guidance.
