We were not sat together even though we upgraded to priority
The fact that seats are not reclining and have a very hard base it is a disadvantage it is a very uncomfortable 4.5 hrs fly
The flight left over 2 hours late
Almost 3 hour delay on the way back with no food and poor decisions by staff. Wizz air? Never again!
Had online checking in problems and had to pay 35 Euros to get a boarding pass from Wizz Air at their airport check in. It's ridiculous and extortionate that they charge so much for a few more seconds work at check in. This charge is per person so any large group would be really excessively penalised. I would certainly not travel with Wizz again and recommend anyone unable to check in online to go to perhaps a travel agent to get check in assistance at any cost rather than give the money to Wizz.
Very upsetting. Although we thought that we could check in online buy extra luggage online it was not possible to do it at any time and we Had no choice but to do it at the airport. So we werechaged 35 eurosextra for checking in at the airportand 60 Euros per piece of luggage. I say WE because this happened to all other passengers who had tried to get online to purchase extra luggage or check in! Awful and expensive experience.
