Things to see: Plaza Mayor: the most important place in the city with many bars and restaurants, and Gniezno, a town near Poznan and the first Polish capital of the twentieth century.
Quirks: the symbol of Poznan is a child, who appears on the shield and in various places in the city.
Useful information: the Fan Zone in Poznan is close to the city centre, 45 minutes from the stadium. There is room for 30,000 people, with many screens to watch the games. You can also attend concerts and relax in the leisure areas. Remember that in the Fan Zone you can only pay with PayPass cards and not cash.
Where to celebrate: Take a fresh approach to celebrating on and around Lake Malta, a recreational area with the chance to do water sports or go skiing on an artificial track that’s open all year long.
