These Terms & Conditions apply only to your purchase of Fast Track. The General Terms and Conditions of our Platform will also apply to your purchase for all matters not specifically regulated herein.

We are Vacaciones eDreams S.L., a company duly incorporated in Spain and registered in the Trade Registry of Madrid, with VAT ESB-61965778 and its registered office at Calle de Manzanares, n° 4, Planta 1, Oficina 108, 28005, Madrid, Spain (“us” or “we”).

Definitions

We have prepared these definitions that will help you better understand our Fast Track T&Cs.

Airport Terms and Conditions: terms and conditions stated by the relevant airport, for which you have purchased Fast Track, that are applicable to the specific fast track service provided by said airport, which are available on the airport’s website.

Effective Date: the date on which the purchase of this product is completed and since when these T&Cs apply.

Fast Track: access to a separate lane at the security control available in some airports, sometimes indicated also as “Priority Lane”.

Fast Track Fee: the fee that you pay for enjoying the Fast Track.

Help Centre: the area where we provide further information and helpful tips for you in our Platform.

Platform: our website, mobile website or application.

What is Fast Track?

Fast Track is an additional service that you can purchase on our Platform, during or after the booking of a flight, available to travelers by some airports, which allows you access to a separate lane at the security control, in order to access said security control faster.

2.1.1 When you purchase Fast Track, we, as well as our subcontractors, act as an intermediary between you and the airport, committing to purchasing Fast Track on your behalf. The specific Airport Terms and Conditions in effect at the relevant airport will be the ones applicable to your Fast Track service. Therefore, you authorize us and our subcontractors to accept on your behalf said Airport Terms and Conditions of the specific airport and we invite you to review mentioned Airport Terms and Conditions, which are available on the airport’s website.

2.1.2 Any exception to the Airport Terms and Conditions or any claim about the operation of Fast Track must be raised directly against the relevant airport. We are exempt from any type of liability and will be considered fully compliant with our obligations once the purchase and delivery of the documentation related to Fast Track has been fulfilled.2.1.3 Fast Track is not available in all airports and flights. So we will only offer this service for those routes and flights where it is possible to arrange it at the airport of origin.

2.1.4 Note that, in case that you have a return or a multi-city ticket, maybe Fast Track is only available in one or several routes. So, please check if this is your case.

2.1.5 Please, consider that this is a separate service from your flight booking, as it is not contracted with the airline, but directly with the specific airport and it is not linked to any flight. So even if your flight has been cancelled, delayed or disrupted, whatever the reason, Fast Track will not be refundable.

2.1.6 Please, keep also in mind that, even if you have purchased Fast Track, you will have to comply with the security regulations and procedures of the airport and the boarding conditions of the specific airline.

How to purchase Fast Track

Once you have booked your flight or flight + hotel, you will be able to purchase Fast Track. You should go to the “Mytrips” or “Manage my booking” sections in the Platfom and check if the option“Fast Track” is offered for one or several of the flights of your booking. Then you have to follow the steps to purchase and pay explained below.

3.1.1 Please select the option “Add Fast Track”, and you will see the route or routes of your booking for which Fast Track is available and the applicable Fast Track Fees. The Fast Track Fee may be different in each specific airport of origin. Select the routes for which you want to purchase Fast Track. Please, consider that all the passengers of your booking have to be included in Fast Track.

3.1.2 If you have several flights included in your booking and you are using the app, Fast Track might not be available until the previous flight has already departed. On the other hand, if you have several flights included in your booking and you are using the website, if you have already bought fast track for one of the flights, you might not be able to buy fast track for the other airports of origin of your booking afterwards.

3.1.3 On some occasions, this service can be also offered during the purchase of your flight or your flight + hotel. In such case, add the product to your Purchase and continue with the instructions therein provided.


How to pay Fast Track

Once you have confirmed the airports in which you are interested in, include your payment details and finally accept your purchase, clicking ”Pay now”. You will receive an email confirming that we are processing your request. When the payment is validated correctly and the purchase of the service is confirmed by the specific airport, you will receive a confirmation mail with the details of your purchase, with the Fast Track ticket attached. This confirmation will also appear in the ”Mytrips” or ”Manage my booking” sections in the Platfom

3.2.1 PAYMENT DETAILS ENTERED MUST BELONG TO YOU. BY ENTERING THE PAYMENT DATA, YOU DECLARE THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE THEM AND ACCEPT SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DOING SO.

3.2.2 You shall verify the correctness of the data reported in the confirmation mail, or the confirmation included in the app or your profile in the website, and immediately notify us of any errors. You have to keep a copy of the confirmation mail and of this Fast Track T&Cs.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In compliance with the regulations for the protection of consumer rights applicable to online contracts, we inform you that, once your purchase is confirmed, our intermediation service will be considered as fully provided and, as a consequence, any right of withdrawal will be extinguished.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you have submitted a complaint to us for any reason whatsoever but you consider our answer to be unsatisfactory, you can follow the alternative dispute resolution procedure detailed below.

Pursuant to article 14 of EU Directive n° 524/2013, the European Commission created an online dispute resolution system in order to facilitate an alternative dispute resolution procedure between traders and consumers. We will process your personal data and payment information to provide you with our services. We are committed to protecting it. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these T&Cs, and will post the updated version on our Platforms.


Assignment

You are expressly prohibited from assigning your Fast Track to a third party or using the identity or Fast Track of another person. We may transfer or assign any of our rights or obligations under these Fast Track T&Cs without your prior written consent.
